Before the battle starts, Death Man knocks him into the screen, sending him into an arena similar to his original ''Mega Man Rock Force'' stage.

Death Man primarily jumps around his room, targeting Mega Man's current location each time. After jumping three times, he throws his scythe in one of three ways before jumping again:
* A diagonal throw, which has it bounce around the room until it flies back to him.
* In Mega Man's direction, where it will rebound off the wall and back into his hands.
* In an arc, where it bounces off the ground until he grabs it again.

At 42 HP, Death Man will gain new attacks:
* Death Man throws his scythe into the bottom center of the room, which will create a vacuum pull that sucks Mega Man towards it. Death Man will attempt to jump on Mega Man while this happens.
* Death Man throws his scythe into the air and disappears. Three scythes will then appear, orbiting around Mega Man, until they stop and fly towards him. This happens a maximum of three times.
* Death Man throws his scythe in the air, where it will appear in the center of the room. After settling in the room's center, it will begin launching five scythes that orbit around it while spreading outwards. The center scythe will launch these scythes three times.
* Death Man throws his scythe downwards, causing a line of scythes to begin rising from below. The scythes have a pattern, with half of them going up, and vice versa.

During the multi-scythe attacks, [[Zomburg]]s will begin jumping into the arena, where they can be destroyed for small health and weapon energy.

After his defeat, Death Man appears as an NPC at the [[Magic Card Casino]] with most of the other defeated Tier Bosses.

* [[Super Arm]] + [[Water Wave]]: Boki encases her fist in stone before punching the ground, causing giant stalagmites to erupt from the ground, while also launching Mega Man into the air with a burst of steam. Only a small area remains uncovered by the stalagmites.
* [[Tengu Blade]] + [[Homing Sniper]]: Boki dashes towards Mega Man, stopping halfway and throwing a Tengu Blade towards the wall, causing it to bounce off and split into two more Tengu Blades that slightly home in on him.

Upon reaching 14 HP, Boki will use new attacks, copying and combining Special Weapons from Mega Man's current arsenal:

Mad Man's abilities have been updated in comparison to his original battle. While he retains his original attacks, they have all been upgraded, and he will choose each one at random:

* Mad Man jumps into the air towards Mega Man's current position. Upon lining up with Mega Man, he will immediately come down to stomp on him with spiked boots.
* Mad Man fires his Insane Cannon towards Mega Man. He will aim towards Mega Man's current position, while the Insane Cannon shots will spread out at random after being fired.
* Mad Man's top flips open, which he will launch a bird in the direction of Mega Man. Upon the bird colliding with a wall, Mad Man will either retract it or pull himself towards the wall.

If Mad Man uses his stomp attack on an elevated part of the arena, that part of the arena will be forced down, while other parts launch upwards before settling on random heights.

After reaching 8 HP or lower, Mad Man will fire his bird upwards, grappling onto the ceiling and pulling himself before the bird lets go, settling on a moving chain. Mad Man will then swing around, firing Insane Cannon shots diagonally whenever he reaches the left and rightmost points of his swinging while moving around.

After his defeat, he will appear as an NPC alongside most of the other defeated Tier Bosses in the [[Magic Card Casino]].

Repair Man appears as the Tier Boss of [[Tier 2 (MaGMML3)|Tier 2]], the Scrapyard. He is incensed by [[Mega Man]]'s presence owing to the robots he destroys as collateral damage in his adventures, and is eager to fight him (despite admitting that Tier Bosses aren't supposed to be biased).

Repair Man's arena is two screens wide, and takes place in an open area filled with junk piles. His strategy is to jump towards one of these junk piles, use his Repair Blast on it, then attack Mega Man. The order he performs these two actions varies, and sometimes Repair Man will eschew attacking in lieu of jumping to another pile immediately. His attacks are randomised, but are weighted based on the distance between him and Mega Man at the time:
* Tossing a volley of arcing wrenches aimed at Mega Man. Repair Man will always use this attack at the start of the fight, and is more likely to use it when the two are very far apart.
* Throwing three large wrenches straight ahead. Repair Man is more likely to use this if he and Mega Man are very close together.
* Throwing an arcing spread of five wrenches into the air. Repair Man is more likely to use this if he and Mega Man are moderately far apart from each other.
* Flinging a large wrench that spins in the air and returns to Repair Man like a boomerang. He will never use this if Mega Man and himself are far enough away from each other.

When a Repair Blast lands on a junk pile, it will be reassembled as a weakened iteration of a [[Docbaton]], a [[Shield Guard]], or a [[Shuhorn]]. All three enemies will attack in the same way as their normal counterparts, though Shuhorn cannot fire projectiles. Destroying these enemies will not permanently kill them, but instead causes them to crumble back to junk, waiting for Repair Man to rebuild them again.

Upon his defeat, Repair Man appears as an NPC in the [[Magic Card Casino]] with most of the other defeated Tier Bosses, where he is trying to repair a broken slot machine.
