- "W-wha? Sunny skies? 60 percent humidity?! 70 degrees Farenheit?!? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO SKIING IN THIS WEATHER?!?!? THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!!!"
- ―Blizzard Man, Make a Good Mega Man Level 2
Blizzard Man is a boss from Mega Man 6. Originally designed to monitor weather, he entered into the First Annual Robot Tournament, where he made it to the finals before being reprogrammed by Dr. Wily under the guise of Mr. X.
He makes an appearance in the original Make a Good Mega Man Level as an NPC in Tier 2, and in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 9.
Blizzard Man is one of the devkit bosses present in the Megamix Engine, and was available for use in all games made with it. His first appearance as a boss was in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero as the optional boss of When Spike Drops Freeze Over. He would go on to appear in both Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as the boss of Air Labs, and in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, where he only appears in the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Filched Fortress". In the latter game, he also appears as an NPC in Tier 15.

Battle[edit]
Blizzard Man uses one of three attacks at random; he can ski forwards a short distance, use the Blizzard Attack to create four airborne snowflakes that fly towards Mega Man, or roll straight at him like a large snowball, only stopping once he bounces off a wall. While rolling, Blizzard Man deflects most projectiles. The Blizzard Attack, meanwhile, appears in one of three formations, each of which is used at random.
