- "HEEELLL YEAAAHHH!!! He knows what's UP!! Have you SEEN the robots in his ranks?! They're STRONG!! TOUGH!! MANLY!!! If I could work for him, he'd surely make me SUPER AWESOME!!"
- ―Blocky, Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level
Blocky is a member of the Box Cartel and one of the major antagonists of Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. He is a loud robot with a strong "macho man" image and an obsession with being tough and manly, and wishes to join Dr. Wily's forces so that he can become even stronger. Unlike other Blockies, he sports a bushy white beard and eyebrows, a pair of sunglasses, and a set of cans that have W marks (making them resemble W-Tanks).
The third member of the Box Cartel to be fought, Blocky challenges Mega Man to fight him in Tier 6 once 50 Energy Elements have been collected. Once defeated, Blocky retreats to the Cartel Hideout, and is seen once again midway through Pandora's Parlor as the third of the Cartel hoods to be rebattled.
Battle
Blocky uses three attacks in a semi-random fashion, though his first attack is always the same.
- Blocky shuffles a short distance forwards, before flinging his top three cans towards Mega Man in an arc, each of which rolls back to the bottom block and reforms. Blocky will always start the battle with this attack.
- Blocky falls offscreen and rolls his cans along the ground after Mega Man, getting faster each time he turns around. Blocky will chase after him five times before rolling offscreen again.
- He sends his cans bouncing across the room one at a time, akin to the Yellow Devil. The higher a can is, the higher it will bounce. After every can has reached the other side, Blocky rolls back to his initial starting point and jumps offscreen. This attack is followed by the aforementioned rolling attack.
After the rolling attack, Blocky's cans jump up to four spots on the floor, and proceed to swap places with each other by jumping. Blocky's head jumps every other move, and on landing, it creates two shockwaves that travel outwards. After jumping eight times, the cans roll to one side of the screen to reform Blocky, where the pattern repeats.
Like normal Blockies, only his head will receive damage, with the other three cans reflecting or ignoring all weapons. Blocky's sunglasses give him armour that halves all damage inflicted on him; after losing 14 HP, they fall off and he takes normal damage.
Once his HP has been lowered to 1, Blocky drops off the bottom of the screen, only to return as a 10-block tall stack that moves slowly forwards, turning around if he gets close to a wall. To defeat him now, the bottom can must be knocked out from under him by shooting it multiple times (or just once with the Salt Water). An alternate method is attacking Blocky's head directly; despite his massive height, one shot to the head is enough to defeat him.

Notes
- Mega Man can wear Blocky's sunglasses if he happens to touch them when they fall off of him. However, firing while wearing them will destroy them.
- Blocky is the only Box Cartel member whose Pandora's Parlor refight is different from their original battle; namely, his final attack uses 11 cans instead of 10.
- ACESpark's original concept art for Blocky gave him rounded sunglasses and a shaggier beard that closely resembled those of Mr. X; the final design largely omits these details (with Blocky's beard ironically now resembling Dr. Light's).
