Hatter Joe is a dual enemy and midboss from Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, found in Null and Void in Buster's room on the seventh and final floor. It is a Sniper Joe with a magician motif, wearing a top hat and attacking with playing cards.

Behavior

Hatter Joes simply stand in one spot and throw a three-way spreadshot of cards, similar to a Metall's trademark attack. When encountered as a midboss, between each card throw Hatter Joe teleports between one of many hats in the room in a puff of smoke, with each teleport creating two pieces of harmful confetti.
