Lightning Lord
- "Electric enemy, he will stay in place and will throw lightning bolts at the player."
- ―Note in Lightning Lord's code, Megamix Engine
Lightning Lord is an enemy from Mega Man 2. It is a lightning-throwing robot without legs, usually riding on a Cloud Platform to move.
Lightning Lord was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared the entry A Mega Man for All Seasons and the Pit of Pits sub-level "Clouded Judgement". A Lightning Lord known as the Costume Lord also appears as an NPC outside the Costume Shop, and will give hints on how to unlock costumes that haven't been obtained yet. Lightning Lords reappeared in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level Wily stage Abyss Balcony and the Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 Judge Application Level Gate 303. Despite not being in the original Make a Good Mega Man Level's devkit, it also appeared in the redesigned Wily stage Be the Bigger Person.
In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, Lightning Lord appeared in the levels IHOPEIWIN and Deep Sea Break-In. The same game also has a Lightning Lord NPC in Cabin B2 on the SS Elroy; over the course of the game, it attaches itself to various enemies and gimmicks, changing roughly every ten Energy Elements collected.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Lightning Lord was used in the entries Disobedience of Superior Machines, Cloud Nine, and Alpine Weather Institute; the last of which also used a custom Lightning Lord using its behaviour from Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge. Lightning Lord also saw use in the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Swingdings", and the Shrine of Nebula room "Don't Shock the Rock!". Outside of levels, the Costume Lord from MaGMML2 returns, and performs the same function of giving hints for unlocking costumes.

Behavior
Lightning Lord will remain idle (or move alongside its Cloud Platform if it has one), periodically throwing lightning bolts in arcs.
Creation code can be used to decide whether or not a Lightning Lord will connect itself to the nearest Cloud Platform (default is false).
