Nobita is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a surveying robot modified for combat.
Nobita was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, but no stage in the game used it. Make a Good Mega Man Level Remastered would then use it for the revised Wily stage Be the Bigger Person.
Nobita returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, and it appeared in the entries Volcanic Furnace, But It Lacked the Depth to Convince Me That This is Really Hell, and Rad Gravity, as well as the secret level Twilight Lodge, the Wily stage Reality Core, the Tier X stages Mario Land, Hardcore Parkour and Star Road, and the Pit of Pits sublevels "Flippin' Tops" and "Overwater Atmosphere". It also appeared in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level Wily stage Abyss Balcony.
In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, Nobita appeared in the entries Oh No, The Bouncy Octa Boom, and Caution: Moving Parts, and is an enemy in one of Don Atetemino's mini-stage boxes. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, it returned for the entries Gravaqua2o and The Warped Void, as well as the Contest Weapon Playground and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Your Size May Vary".

Behavior
Nobita walks back and forth across a piece of land. Upon reaching an edge or wall, or moving over a certain distance, it will screw its spiked top upwards before screwing it back down again. A Nobita variant (internally named "objNobitaCieling" [sic]) is able to be placed on ceilings, defying normal gravity.
The distance a Nobita must walk before attacking can be set via the "moveDist" variable in creation code.
