The Picopico-kun is a Wily Castle boss from Mega Man 2. Originally designed by Dr. Light as a security system for his laboratory, it impressed Dr. Wily enough to create his own version of it for his castle.
The Picopico-kun was added as a premade boss with the release of the Megamix Engine, and it appears in the engine's Example Game as the boss of the third Wily stage. Its inclusion meant it also appeared in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 as a devkit boss – however, outside of the NEO Pit of Pits sublevels "Mosh Pit of Pits" and "Pico's Curse", it went completely unused by entrants.
The battle starts with two Pico Bricks forming into a Picopico-kun piece. The piece will periodically move towards Mega Man before stopping again. The less Pico Bricks are left (not counting bricks that don't attack), the faster the piece will move.
The specific number of Pico Bricks, the order they come in (including whether or not any come in a random order), and which piece includes miscellaneous settings for the boss (such as music and item drops) can be modified using creation code.
On Hard Mode, the Picopico-kun pieces will move faster, and they will toss two small projectiles to their left and right when they form.
Damage Table[edit]
Damage provided is for individual pieces.
