- "Huh? What? I'm winning again? Sigh..."
- ―Presto, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
Presto is a robot introduced in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, and a competitor in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament. They are an arrogant speedster hailing from France, who excelled at every race and marathon they participated in, and quickly became bored of their constant victory. To that end, they started imposing their own challenges onto themselves while still winning, earning them the ire of many other racing robots.
Presto first appears after Mega Man collects three Tier Ranks, and appears as an NPC in every tier after he collects his fourth. In the game's climax, they become one of the eight finalists of the tournament, and is fought in the Wily stage The Greatest Show of All Time as a boss alongside the others. After being beaten, they literally explode. Oddly enough, they reappear as an NPC in the Limestone Pagoda outside the True Arena after unlocking the latter.
Battle[edit]
Presto uses the following attacks randomly:
- Using their Presto Dash around the arena, climbing the walls and ceiling, performing several complete loops before skidding to a stop and turning around to repeat the process. Presto opens their battle with this attack.
- Leaping up into the air and attempt to stomp Mega Man.
- Dash from one side of the floor to the other twice, jump into the air, and perform a super-dash that leaves a trail of flames on the ground.
- Dash from one side of the floor to the other twice, perform a third dash that causes them to scale the wall, and then send themselves flying over the ramp in the room.
- Devil's Eye, a weapon derived from the 28 Devil Cores – with this, Presto summons a shield of Petit Devils, firing them out at Mega Man one at a time in-between attacks.
- Rainbow Rupture, a weapon derived from Fracture – Presto will fire a constant stream of bullets to create a tight "cone" and force Mega Man to dodge small walls of three bullets within the cone. They will use this weapon either on the floor or on the ceiling.
- Occasionally, Presto will stop on the ceiling during a dash attack and fire the Rainbow Rupture downwards, falling down after a few seconds.
- Geyser Boost, a weapon derived from Pipe Man – Presto shoots a few globs of water into the arena that erupt into geysers. They follow this up with a spin attack that bounces them across the walls.
When Presto falls to 10 HP, they will use Token Hat (a weapon based on Token Woman), which summons a hat that flies up to the top-center of the arena and rains damaging tokens down on the arena. While this ability is active, Presto will perform their wall-scaling dash until the hat expires.
Several of Presto's attacks will leave them in a stunned state momentarily.

Trivia[edit]
- The pose Presto assumes after some of their attacks is similar to the memetic "death" pose used in Family Guy, modified to fit a wheeled character.
- During the announcement of the Tournament finale, Ernest Will refers to Presto as the Seven-Time Battle Chaser Champion, referencing the titular racing TV show from Mega Man: Battle & Chase.
- Hard Man is Presto's one and only fan.
- Presto's serial number is a reference to Back to the Future.
