The Room Low Gravity is a gimmick in Mega Man V, found in Jupiter's stage. It is a region-specific gimmick that gives low gravity to one section of a level, while retaining normal gravity elsewhere.
Room Low Gravity was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently appeared as a gimmick in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It debuted in the latter game, in the entries Outer Excavation, Enkers Revengeance, Alpha-Omega, and One Night in Xanadu.
Behavior[edit]
When placed inside a section, a Room Low Gravity object will alter the gravity of that section. As long as Mega Man remains in that section, his gravity will be affected by the object, but upon leaving the section his gravity will be restored to normal. The rocks a Doncatch creates are similarly affected by a Room Low Gravity object, with their gravity likewise being lowered.
By default, it lowers Mega Man's gravity to make him jump higher, but the "gravitySet" variable can be altered via creation code to further lower the gravity of the section, or even increase it.
