The '''Junk Block''' is a gimmick from ''[[Mega Man 3]]'', found in [[Spark Man]]'s stage. It is a large cube of junk and scrap metal, often falling down from chutes.

Junk Blocks were first made available in the devkit for ''[[Make a Good Mega Man Level 2]]'', and appeared in the entries [[Gigavolt Man]], [[Blaze Man]], [[Fortified Lab]], [[Ruined Lab]], and [[Escape Sequence]], as well as in the [[The Pit of Pits|Pit of Pits]] sublevels "Drill Pickle", "Junkyard 81", and "Serpent's Curse". Junk Blocks also appeared in ''[[Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level]]'', in the entry [[Pollution Park]].

==Behavior==
Junk Blocks sit idly, often obstructing [[Mega Man]]'s path. They can be easily destroyed or safely used as platforms, but if Mega Man is under a falling Junk Block, he will take damage from it. Junk Blocks can be spawned with Junk Block Spawner objects, which will continuously spawn them at a regular rate (so long as it doesn't touch another Junk Block). The [[Super Arm]] is able to pick up Junk Blocks and use them as ammunition.

Using creation code, users can alter the delay Junk Block Spawners have before spawning a Junk Block, as well as the sprite of the spawned Junk Block.
