==Behavior==
Snow Hawks fly from one side of the screen to the other, carpet bombing the ground below with large snowballs along the way. Though the snowballs themselves deal no damage, on impact with the ground they create [[Cossack Snow]], which will slow down [[Mega Man]]'s walking speed as long as he's on snow-covered tiles.
