Sonic Bill was first made available in the devkit for ''[[Make a Good Mega Man Level 2]]'', where it appeared in the entries [[Cardinal Man]], [[Volcanic Furnace]], [[Bouncy Castle]], and [[Rad Gravity]].

==Behavior==
Sonic Bills will stand still at first, charging towards [[Mega Man]] if he gets close. It will create a damaging explosion if it makes contact with Mega Man or reaches his Y-axis, but not if destroyed by Mega Man himself.
