Subwoofer always sits in place, firing large sound waves in the direction its speaker faces. The large sound wave moves horizontally until it hits a wall, splitting off two smaller diagonal sound waves that ricochet off other surfaces. Subwoofer will wait one second after its sound waves go offscreen (with a limit of six ricochets apiece) before ''woofing out'' another large one.
