Tel Tel is included in the [[Megamix Engine]], and is planned to appear as a devkit enemy in ''[[Make a Good Mega Man Level 3]]'' and ''[[Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level]]''.

==Behavior==
Tel Tels will float in place, and will not directly attack [[Mega Man]]. However, it can deal contact damage, and it will change the environment's weather when hit with certain attacks, permanently leaving after doing so.
*If hit while there is no weather effect, it will create rain.
*If hit by [[Ice Wall]], [[Chill Spike]], or [[Ice Slasher]], it will create snow.
*If hit by [[Solar Blaze]], [[Pharaoh Shot]], [[Magnetic Shockwave]], or [[Flame Mixer]], it will reset and cancel all weather effects.
Rainy weather is capable of destroying the following objects:
*[[Tackle Fire]].
*[[Nitron|Nitron's]] projectiles.
*[[Fire Boy|Fire Boy's]] projectiles.
*[[Fire Telly|Fire Telly's]] projectiles.
*[[Jump Roller|Jump Roller's]] fire.
*The fireballs shot by [[Hot Dog]].
*[[Changkey Dragon|Changkey Dragon's]] projectiles.
*The fireballs thrown by [[Suzak & Fenix]].
*The fire shot out by [[Fire Block]]s.
*The fire from ignited [[Oil Slick]]s.
*[[Fire Man|Fire Man's]] fire waves and lingering flames.
*[[Heat Man]], as well as his flame pillars.
*[[Mecha Dragon|Mecha Dragon's]] fire.
