 The Water Wave was one of the weapons voted to appear in ''[[Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level]]'', being one of the four weapons to receive the most votes (3 votes, or 50% of the votes). The weapon can now be used in the air, and reaches slightly above Mega Man when spawned. Combined, these two attributes give the weapon newfound use as a makeshift close-range weapon, able to take out a large cluster of enemies more easily than the other weapons (most noticeable with the [[Space Metall]]s in [[Breaking Ground]]).
