==Strategy==
Aside from a kamikaze [[Penpen]] at the start, practically nothing happens in this level. A short [[Cloud Platform (MM2)|Cloud Platform]] ride with ineffectual [[Smaplar]]s leads to a series of [[Kamapot]]s over bottomless pit, which can be safely crossed by jumping when [[Mega Man]]'s current Kamapot is higher than the next one. Right before the end is a surprise attack by three Penpens and a [[Crazy Razy]], which can be neutralized with the [[Flame Mixer]]. The boss, [[Iron Ball]], requires no effort; slide out of the way and watch as it bounces offscreen and commits suicide, bequeathing to Mega Man a freebie [[Energy Element]].
