snoruntpyro is a prominent figure in the history of the Make a Good Mega Man Level series. She is the creator of the series, and has played multiple significant roles in developing it.

Background Information

Before creating the MaGMML series, snoruntpyro also made several contributions to contests and fangames on SMW Central (a website focused primarily on ROM hacks for the video game Super Mario World) and talkhaus (a forum focused around the YouTube user raocow). MaGMML was inspired by various level design contests held on these websites, and the name "Make a Good Mega Man Level" is based on contests held on the talkhaus forums named Make a Good Level (a level design contest with levels created in Super Mario World) and Make a Good Level X (a similar level design contest focused on the Super Mario fangame/engine Super Mario Bros. X, with the added gimmick of entrants having to base their levels off of a randomly-generated level name).

Make a Good Mega Man Level (Remastered)

As the creator of Make a Good Mega Man Level, snoruntpyro served as the contest's host, one of the five judges, and a programmer. Being a judge and host, she also designed two of the Wily Castle stages; specifically Cannon Deck and Flashback Database. She was also the lead developer/director of Make a Good Mega Man Level Remastered, a remake of MaGMML1 that made significant improvements and drastic changes to the original game. She reprises her role as a judge and programmer, and additionally redesigned the two Wily stages she created for the original game.

Make a Good Mega Man Level 2

snoruntpyro returned to develop Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, reprising her role as a host, judge, and programmer, as well as a designer for multiple hub areas. Once again serving as a judge, she also designed stages for the Wily Star II; specifically Water Ducts and parts of Reality Core. She also made the Tier X stage Swiss Hotel. On top of that, she made several rooms for Null and Void, including making one room each for floors 1, 3, and 4 on her own, and working alongside MiniMacro to make a room on floor 2. Finally, she made the Pit of Pits sub-levels "Epic Wrap Battle", "Gambly Night", "Metroid: Zero Mission", "My Cool New Boss Fight", "Night of Semiramis", "Obscure Gameboy Gimmick", "Skull Man Kills", and "Typical Miniboss Fights".

Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level

While snoruntpyro wasn't a host, judge, or even participant in Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level, she was nonetheless part of the development team, as well as a beta tester.

Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero

snoruntpyro was the project director for Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, and the creator of several levels in the game, namely Explosive Freefall, Surveillance Canyon, S.R.A.R.A. HQ, Entrance to Tier X, Looping Growth Garden, and Code Landfill. She also designed three rooms in Null and Void, on floors 1, 2, and 4.

Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level

With ParmaJon acting as Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level's host, snoruntpyro submitted the level Celestial Resort, which managed to achieve 12th place overall. Despite being neither a host nor judge, she remained a key part of the game's development team; in this role, she designed the main areas of Pandora's Parlor (which also features a sub-level by her), the SS Elroy's main layout, and the vast majority of sidequests (except Love Survivor and Gordyn Pressman's ladder climb cabin). She also programmed Dockalocker's boss fight, as well as both phases of the final boss, Don Atetemino.

Before development on MaGMML2 even ended, snoruntpyro stated she would be stepping down from the role of host and judge for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, with the role of host being given to Mick Galbani (and later ACESpark). Despite this, she still serves as part of the development team for the game, and is also a quality assurance checker for the Neo Pit of Pits mode.
