Uranus is a Stardroid from Mega Man V. Physically the strongest of the Stardroids, he has no "true" weapon of his own, instead opting to use his great strength and size to uproot and throw blocks (a technique known as the Deep Digger), and cause earthquakes and cave-ins by jumping.

He appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 7, standing next to Pluto under the entrance to Gunpowder Cellar.

He was added as a devkit boss with the release of the Megamix Engine, and is thus set to appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 in that role.

Battle

Uranus attacks in the following pattern:

  • Lift a tile from the ground and throw it forward. The block will split into 4 pieces of debris upon making contact with a wall.
  • Jump once, restoring the previously-destroyed tile, then jump across the screen at a height that requires Mega Man to slide under Uranus.
  • Jump twice, causing the half of the ceiling facing away from him to come crashing down. Uranus will jump a third time to make the collapsed ceiling fall off the screen.

Trivia

  • In Mega Man V, he was one of the more durable bosses (only behind Sunstar), either resisting or taking only one damage from all weapons (even Charge Shots) besides the Break Dash. The MaGMML series gives him considerably more vulnerability to weapons for the sake of balance.
