Snippscissor was first made available with the [[Megamix Engine]], and subsequently the devkits for ''[[Make a Good Mega Man Level 3]]'' and ''[[Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level]]''.

==Behavior==
Snippscissors spin around while slowly travelling back and forth a number of pixels in each cardinal direction, in a rough plus-shaped pattern. By changing the values of the moveDistX and moveDistY variables in creation code, the maximum distance a Snippscissor can move in will change, allowing for a Snipscissor to only move left and right, or up and down.
