"Snippscissor" is an enemy from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a floating robot built in the shape of a pair of scissors.
Snippscissor was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.

Behavior
Snippscissors spin around while slowly travelling back and forth a number of pixels in each cardinal direction, in a rough plus-shaped pattern. By changing the values of the moveDistX and moveDistY variables in creation code, the maximum distance a Snippscissor can move in will change, allowing for a Snipscissor to only move left and right, or up and down.
