Wily Stadium

Wily Stadium, also called Ernest Stadium before the reveal, is the last main story hub accessed after gaining all 15 Ranks. It is a giant, Wily Castle shaped stadium where the finals of the "6th Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament" take place, though before actually entering it, Mega Man and Dr. Wily have to take of Dr. Regal beforehand. Afterwards, Mega Man must clear five more stages in order to gain access to the final level and win the Tournament.
You initially enter Tier W by speaking to Wily in Victor Height after claiming all 15 ranks, but upon clearing Regal's Fortress, you cannot level until the tier is done. You do have an E-Tank Vending Machien to lessen the worry at least.
