In addition to referencing the official ''Mega Man'' games, '''the ''MaGMML'' series has featured numerous references to other ''Mega Man'' fangames'''. These range from minor throwaway details, to characters from those games appearing as tier bosses, to (in some rare cases) their plots directly influencing that of a ''MaGMML'' game.
