The Fluorescent Bulb is a gimmick from Mega Man IV, found in Bright Man's stage. It is a large fluorescent bulb that moves up and down when Mega Man stands on them.
Fluorescent Bulbs were introduced in the Megamix Engine, and as such were present in the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.
Behavior[edit]
Fluorescent Bulbs drop down from the ceiling, before stopping at a specific point (the location they were placed at in the room editor). Once Mega Man jumps on them, they will continuously rise upwards as long as he is standing on them (never stopping to go back down unlike in Mega Man IV).
