Kamaitachi is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, appearing in the Tier X stage Goblins n' Ghasts. It is a bat-like robot that can disguise itself as a gust of air.

Behavior

Kamaitachis usually remain in the form of a small tornado, flying slowly from one side of the screen to the other. However, some Kamaitachis will move up or down in an attempt to hit Mega Man, while others will briefly reveal their true form and fire a small projectile at him. While disguised as a tornado, Kamaitachis are completely invincible, but one shot from any weapon will kill them in their true forms.

Trivia

• Kamaitachis are based on the Sickle Weasel enemy from the arcade game Ghouls 'n Ghosts, who themselves are based on the Kamaitachi yōkai.
