This is the guy that created SMB3, the 65th ranked level in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. He also made two levels for The Pit of Pits, Hot Liquid Sector and Tselinoyarsk 20XX.
He also made two levels for Blyka's Mega Man Endless fangame.
