The Nitro Truck Signal is a gimmick from Mega Man 10, found in Nitro Man's stage. It is a warning sign that flashes an arrow when a Nitro Truck approaches.
Nitro Truck Signals were first included in the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.
Behavior
Nitro Truck Signals spend most of their time as a blinking red rectangle. When a Nitro Truck is about to appear, the sign changes to that of a blue arrow pointing in the direction the incoming Nitro Truck is driving.
By changing the value of the warningTime variable in a Nitro Truck Signal's creation code, the amount of time that passes between a signal changing and a Nitro Truck appearing can be raised or lowered.
