Spin Cutter is an enemy from Mega Man 9. It is a spinning robot armed with retractable blades.
Spin Cutter was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It debuted in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero (which released first), where it appeared in Null and Void.
Behavior
Spin Cutters sway left and right as they drop down to the floor, upon which they reveal their blades and start spinning in place. After a short delay, they charge towards Mega Man and only change directions after bumping into a wall.
By default, Spin Cutters are green, but by setting "col = 1" in a Spin Cutter's creation code, it will turn pink.
