Star Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 5. He was built by Dr. Wily as a dual space exploration and combat robot, boasting high agility and combat prowess optimised for low-gravity environments.

Star Man's appearances in the Make a Good Mega Man Level series have so far been limited to NPC encounters and cameos. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he appears as an NPC in Tier 10, where he quotes lyrics from the song "Shooting Stars" by Bag Raiders when talked to. He also appears as an NPC at the end of the Tier X stage Star Road.
