Kylie 'SnoruntPyro' Noelle was the host of Make a Good Mega Man Level and Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, and also was also a judge for both contests. She designed Wily Stage 1 and Wily Stage 6 for the first game, Water Ducts, the first Wily Stage and Swiss Hotel, a Tier X level for the second game. She dediced to pass on the role of the contest host to Mick Galbani for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, making him the second host of the series.
