The Hand Wall is a gimmick in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, found in the entry Duwang. It is a wall of ghostly hands that quickly appears and destroys those who look backwards.

Behavior

When Mega Man is in an area with a Hand Wall, he must avoid facing left. If he does for whatever reason, a sound cue will play and the Hand Wall appears moments later, instantly killing Mega Man on contact (completely bypassing the Skull Amulet's effect). Though Mega Man can't outrun the Hand Wall, he can avoid it even after triggering it by leaving the section before it appears.

Notes

• The Hand Wall is based on the Ghost Girl's Alley, a supernatural location in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable where ghostly hands appear if anyone in the alley looks behind them. These hands then spirit away anyone they are able to grab ahold of.
• Though Hand Walls normally only make a single appearance in Duwang, they can appear anywhere by using the "Don't Look Back" cheat.
