Elec'n is an enemy from Mega Man 3. It is a floating battery robot created to provide emergency power.
Elec'n was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level contest, where it didn't appear in any entries, but did appear in the Wily Castle stage SnoruntPyro's Stage.
Elec'n returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries The Fall and Elec Dam, as well as the Tier X stage Swiss Hotel, the Pit of Pits sublevels "Lyrickrolled", "My Cool New Boss Fight", and "Showdown At Dusk", and Null and Void.
Behavior
Elec'n flies from one end of the screen to the other in a small sine wave, and if Mega Man gets close, it will release eight electric sparks outwards. Each spark travels in the four cardinal and diagonal directions.
By default, Elec'n is coded to drop down from its spawn point as it did in its original appearances, but by setting the "dropIn" variable to false via creation code, Elec'n will instead appear on screen like any other enemy.
