Wily Stadium, also called Ernest Stadium before the reveal, is the last main story hub accessed after gaining all 15 Ranks. It is a gigantic stadium in the style of a Wily Castle that serves as the location of the finals of the "6th Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament", though before actually entering it, Mega Man and Dr. Wily have to take of Dr. Regal beforehand. Afterwards, Mega Man must clear five more stages in order to gain access to the final level and win the Tournament.

You initially enter Tier W by speaking to "Ernest" in Victor Heights after claiming all 15 ranks.
