- "The cream of the crop. Time to conquer the festival!"
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Festival Grounds are the fifteenth Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. An ornate golden structure located in outer space, it is the highest-level gauntlet in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament, and home to the top ten levels. The entire tier has a lower level of gravity, giving Mega Man a higher jump height. While reaching the top of the tier typically requires jumping up a large series of platforms with simulations on them, a pair of Kamapots to the left of the tier's entrance will carry Mega Man all the way up with no effort.
As is MaGMML tradition with the highest tier, this tier has no Tier Boss. As such, the Tier Rank is instead directly awarded by Bright Man after beating every level in the tier.

Secrets[edit]
Hat Sidequest[edit]
Several NPCs across the tier will toss a special object at Mega Man after being spoken to. If Mega Man touches it, he will automatically wear it as a hat (regardless of whether or not it is one), although sliding will cause it to fall off, and it will disappear if he enters a level or leaves the tier.
Cut Man can be found standing to the right of Dunes of Discharge, initially without his Rolling Cutter. When spoken to, he asks Mega Man to return it if he finds it. The Rolling Cutter is held by a Big Stomper below Irrigation Irritation, as a false mustache. By wearing the Rolling Cutter and carrying it back to Cut Man, he will regain it, unlocking the Mega Man (Hair) costume; additionally, it will contribute towards obtaining the XXI - The World achievement. While the Rolling Cutter is needed to "complete" this part of the sidequest, Mega Man can give Cut Man any other hat in the tier, eliciting a unique response each time. Even after returning the Rolling Cutter to Cut Man, he can still be made to wear a different hat.
After obtaining the Tier Rank, Bright Man can toss his light bulb as a hat when spoken to. By giving it to Cut Man, special canisters containing hats will start appearing across every major hub area.
Hidden Plushie[edit]
The hidden plushie capsule can be faintly seen behind a small window on the rightmost edge of the tier, below Hornet Man and the Talking Flower. Obtaining it is as simple as dropping down the small one tile shaft to the right of Beet Man.
Another plushie capsule can be obtained by giving Space Cyorown's space helmet to Bright Man after the latter bestows his light bulb to Mega Man.
Toad Dummy[edit]
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 15's Toad Dummy can be found hanging from the ceiling to the left of Dreadnought, hiding behind a foreground curtain. The only clue to its presence are its feet, which are faintly visible beneath the curtain. Appropriately given this clue (and the level closest to it), the Track Shoes are the most effective Special Weapon to use to destroy the dummy.

Trivia[edit]
- Bright Man will be present in certain cutscenes if Tier 15's Rank is collected at certain Rank thresholds; specifically, if it is either the seventh or final Rank to be obtained.
- The quartet of NPCs above Forgotten Factory act as a homage to SRARA, though the group is never directly named.
