- "Bringing back this reading hobby like it's 1440!"
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Grand Library is the eleventh Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a giant library used as a gauntlet in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament, and is filled with towering bookshelves. The library is home to many types of books, from non-fiction, to mainstream genres, to more niche subjects; Mega Man can take a glance at a few of these by examining certain shelves. To get around the library, giant books of magic float in the air as platforms.
This tier has the levels ranked from 58th to 47th. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 6 Energy Elements from across the tier are required.

Secrets[edit]
Namahage Man[edit]
Directly below wet, Namahage Man can be found standing in the "Realistic Fiction" section of the library. By speaking to him, Mega Man has the option to engage the Robot Master in a short battle. After being defeated, Namahage Man will reward Mega Man with an Energy Element; this element will count towards unlocking the Tier Boss in the same way as elements from the simulations.
Hidden Plushie[edit]
Above Cloud Nine, the tier's secret plushie capsule is hidden inside the bookshelf labeled "Necronomicons". When examined, Mega Man will briefly mistake the capsule for a round book, before the capsule pops out.
Toad Dummy[edit]
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 11's Toad Dummy can be found in the back end of the tier, appearing directly above the entrance to the Tier Boss. However, the dummy is raised up the moment it is scrolled onscreen, typically disappearing offscreen before it can be destroyed. The weapon strongest against the dummy is the Mix Tape, and Side A's time-slowing fast forward effect is needed to keep the dummy onscreen long enough to fire enough shots into it; alternatively, two strikes from Side B's Techno Laser will destroy it outright.

Trivia[edit]
- The Piriparee NPC and uninteractable Petit Kerogs previously appeared in Tier 8 of Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, which was another library-themed tier.
- The strategy guide with "HOW TO FIND TOMOTHY DADDY" on the cover references the Credit When It's Due sidequest from MaG48HMML and its initial infamy; upon release, players would often get stuck and were unsure of what to do to find Tomothy Daddy, with extra guide NPCs being added in later updates.
- The track race record history book by Salmon A. Salt is a shoutout to speedrunner Summoning Salt, who produces videos documenting the history of speedrun world records for various video games.
- The Suzy G NPC's initial dialogue references the fanfic Shooting Star Sonia, a rewrite of the Mega Man Star Force series with Sonia Strumm in the role of main protagonist. After clearing the Wily Stadium, its dialogue changes to reference Mega Man Battle Network: Cross Reflection, a Mega Man Battle Network fanfic written by snoruntpyro.
