The Kamegoro Maker is a Wily Castle boss from Mega Man 3. It is a machine on a rail that is completely harmless by itself, but creates robot turtles known as Kamegoros to fight enemies on its behalf. Only by destroying the Kamegoros will the machine itself be destroyed.

The Kamegoro Maker was first added to the Megamix Engine, and appears in all games using it as a devkit boss; the first of these was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where it is the boss of Cascade. It later appeared in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, in the entry An Underwater Adventure? Wow!, as well as the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Hotel Mega Man". A version of the Kamegoro Maker named "Kamegoro Sensei" also appears as an NPC in Tier 3's Bunny Dojo.

Battle

The Kamegoro Maker cannot be hurt directly; however, it will take damage when one of its Kamegoros is destroyed. It summons five Kamegoros, one at a time.

The Kamegoros will bounce along the edges of the room, discarding their shell shortly after being spawned. The less health the Kamegoro Maker has, the faster the Kamegoros will be. Unlike in Mega Man 3, the shells do not bob up and down, nor do they explode on their own if left alone.

If the Kamegoro Maker is in a room with Kamegoro Tornado Spawners, the Tornado Spawners will not act in a pattern like they normally do. Instead, they will be mostly dormant, with tornadoes infrequently spawning from one of them.
