- "Bringing your own sweets is punishable by exile."
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Movie Theater is the thirteenth Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a luxurious cinema known as Cinema Palace, used as a gauntlet in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament (and is also one of its titular sponsors). Posters for various movies decorate the walls, and their appearance will alternate each time Mega Man enters the tier. A pair of Controllable Lifts in the higher areas of the tier can take him back to earlier rooms; after obtaining the Tier Rank, these lifts will become accessible from these rooms by default, acting as shortcuts.
This tier has the levels ranked from 34th to 23rd. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 8 Energy Elements from across the tier are required.

Secrets[edit]
Slush Man[edit]
Next to Crosshair Aware is a large concessions stand manned by Slush Man. By speaking to him, Mega Man can choose to fight him within an empty screening room. Once defeated, Slush Man will give an Energy Element as a reward; this Element counts towards the number needed to unlock the Tier Boss, similarly to those found within the tier's simulations.
Hidden Plushie[edit]
The tier's secret plushie capsule can be found by breaking the diamond in the CINEMA PALACE sign, near the tier's entrance. It is vulnerable to any weapon, though weapons like the Thunder Beam, Tornado Blow, and Spark Chaser have an easier time reaching it.
Toad Dummy[edit]
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 13's Toad Dummy can be found at the concessions stand, camouflaged within the popcorn machine in the background. Very few weapons are able to inflict damage upon it (with the normal weaponset being completely useless), though the Prismatic Laser is the most effective means of destroying it.

Trivia[edit]
- When entering Tier 13 for the first time each time the MaGMML3 executable is started, a version of the background music with an extended intro will play. This intro includes a bitcrushed voiceover provided by composer MiniMacro; transcripted, it says, "Welcome to Cinema Palace, official sponsor of the Worldwide Sixth Robot Tournament.[sic] Make sure to check with an attendant before taking your seat, and discard any outside food and beverages. Enjoy the show."
- Many of the movie posters are references or homages, either to iconic film posters or to other Mega Man fan projects, including:
- The Grand Budapest Hotel, with the titular hotel resembling a Wily Castle.
- Gemini Man, with lead actor Will Smith wearing Gemini Man's helmet.
- Star Trek: The Motion Picture, with a Teck (as in "Star Teck").
- Free Willy, with Dr. Wily in the role of the leaping whale.
- Jaws, with Rush as the shark.
- Mega Man Maker, with a Pointan bearing the face of Adam Sandler on the poster for the movie Click.
- The Protomen, using the album cover of Act I. A larger standee of the cover is also present.
- The Megas, using the album cover of History Repeating.
- Two posters homage previous MaGMML entries: City War from the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, and Beneath Sand and Rock from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2.
- Tier 13 is the highest tier in MaGMML3 to have a level with a Skip Teleporter of any kind.
