Mooger Man is a boss from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, found at the end of An Underwater Adventure? Wow! He is an off-model duplicate of Mega Man created by a malfunctioning Copy Robot machine. He is based on Mega Man's appearance in Mega Man 3 (DOS), and as such his attacks involve using various Robot Master weapons originating from the DOS duology.
Battle[edit]
Mooger Man's AI is based on a combination of different devkit Robot Masters, switching between them based on his remaining HP.
- At the start of the fight, he uses a variation of Chill Man's AI, with increased friction and shooting uncharged Mega Buster shots instead of Chill Spike projectiles.
- Between 24-21 HP, he will switch to shooting Shark Boomerangs, which will accelerate in reverse from where they were shot. He will also turn around when shooting the second boomerang.
- Between 20-17 HP, his AI switches to a variation of Crash Man's. He will fire a Nuclear Detonator instead of a Crash Bomb at the peak of the jump, which has a different falling trajectory and can hurt Mega Man after it lands.
- Between 16-13 HP, his AI switches to a variation of Quick Man's. He will deploy a Force Field and start jumping at various heights, and after the third jump he will run towards Mega Man at high speed, dropping the shield in the process.
- Between 12-9 HP, he will return to the Crash Man AI, this time shooting three Water Shooter projectiles. The attack has a wide spread, requiring Mega Man to get behind Mooger Man as he shoots it in order to reliably dodge the attack.
- Between 8-4 HP, he will return to the Chill Man AI once again, now shooting a three-way Blade Launcher spread. The first shot has a wide, upwards spread that requires going between the projectiles to dodge, but the second shot has a more tight spread that must be fully jumped over to avoid.
- At 3HP or less, he will randomly pick between any of the above attacks.

Trivia[edit]
- Mooger Man's Force Field attack was initially planned to use Enker's movement code, but due to it crashing the game when pasted into the object, Quick Man's was used as a substitute.
- Mooger Man's intro is one of two assets in all of MaGMML3 to use GameMaker Studio's timeline feature, the other being Returning Regular Joe.
