- "Harden yourself, in our world-class gym, for the tournament."
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The World-Class Gym is the fourteenth Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is an elaborate gym filled with training equipment such as treadmills, punching bags, and moving ladders, with many of its patrons working out for the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament. Mega Man can interact with some of this equipment, though he himself cannot actually grow stronger from it. Unknown to many, the gym also acts as a secret hideout for the notorious Paulung-Tang gang, and many of its members can be found here.
This tier has the levels ranked from 22nd to 11th. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 7 Energy Elements from across the tier are required.

Secrets
Moving Ladders
Below Cable Woman are a trio of "conveyor ladders" that endlessly move in one direction, carrying Mega Man with them; another ladder appears as a shortcut to the upper level of the tier after earning the Tier Rank. By climbing one of these ladders in the opposite direction for 30 seconds, the IX - The Hermit achievement will be awarded.
Casino Membership
After visiting the Magic Card Casino at least once, Mega Man can access the Paulung-Tang's hideout through a slide passage on the far right of the tier. In the top right corner is Dark Jester, who wishes to leave the criminal life and will sell their casino membership for 500 bolts. By purchasing it, Mega Man's casino membership will be upgraded from Bronze to Silver; or, if Mega Man has already bought a Silver Membership from Not Napalm Man in Tier 4, from Silver to Gold.
Hidden Plushie
By using the Magnet Beam or Rush Jet near Checkmate, Mega Man can jump onto the ceiling and run above the tier, eventually reaching a hidden room with Ali (one of the four construction workers from Mojo Dojo), a collection of Toad Dummies, and a teleporter that leads back outside. The rightmost wall has another fake ceiling, however, and scaling it leads to another hidden room with a target, which only the Mega Buster and Laser Trident can damage. After taking enough damage, the target will drop the tier's hidden plushie capsule.
Toad Dummy
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 14's Toad Dummy is found on the ceiling at the entrance, and will constantly move to the right. Not only is it out of reach for most weapons, but it is also very durable, making it tricky to destroy before it scrolls offscreen. While the Thunder Beam, Techno Laser, and Electro Cable all do the most damage to it, the latter is the most effective weapon to use due to its ability to latch onto the dummy, inflicting more damage per second.
Tier 14 is also home to several other Toad Dummies, all of which can be shot at and destroyed, but there is little to no reward for doing so.
