- "Was this spooky ancient tower always here?"
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Limestone Pagoda is a hub area that appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. Operated by Ghost Woman, it is an eerie tower filled with numerous arenas to test the mettle of competitors in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament. The area is initially hidden, and unlocks after Mega Man earns two Tier Ranks. The Limestone Pagoda functions as an expanded successor to the Dojo from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as the location of the various arenas and the Boss Gallery; it also contains a Custom Arena that allows Mega Man to create his own arena challenges using bosses he has already fought.

Points of Interest[edit]
Foes of Antiquity[edit]
- Main article: The Arena#Foes of Antiquity
The first three arenas, collectively known as the Foes of Antiquity, are available from the start and are located within their own room. Each arena has a focus on devkit assets, and has a unique host NPC inside. The arenas include:
- The Colosseum of Cohorts Arena — Contains every available devkit miniboss.
- The Masters' Mausoleum Arena — Contains every devkit Robot Master new to MaGMML3.
- The Skull Caverns Arena — Contains every devkit fortress stage boss new to MaGMML3.
The Judges' Choice Arena[edit]
- Main article: The Arena#The Judges' Choice Arena
The Judges' Choice Arena is initially blocked by a stack of crates, and only unlocks after earning all 15 Tier Ranks. This arena pits Mega Man against a selection of bosses and minibosses from the various entries, as decided upon by the judges. Ghost Woman herself serves as the arena's host.
The True Arena[edit]
- Main article: The Arena#The True Arena 2
Unlocking the True Arena requires clearing both Shrine of Nebula and the Judges' Choice Arena. Until then, a stack of crates barricades it for most of the game. The True Arena contains several developer-created bosses, typically from endgame and postgame levels, and acts as the final and hardest challenge in the game. Unlike the other arenas, there is no host.
Boss Gallery[edit]
Located in a small basement below the ladder near the Foes of Antiquity, the Boss Gallery allows Mega Man to instantly fight any boss in the game, so long as he has already fought them and/or completed their original stage. In addition to devkit bosses and minibosses, the Boss Gallery includes unique miniboss encounters (such as those fought with atypical terrain or paired with another miniboss), and even certain platforming challenges from levels that otherwise have no boss, such as the final climb of Forgotten Factory.
While using the Boss Gallery, Mega Man has an infinite supply of E-Tanks, W-Tanks, and M-Tanks, enabling him to recharge his health and weapons as many times as needed. This makes it a useful way to practice against certain bosses, particularly ones fought in the arenas.
Custom Arena[edit]
- Main article: The Arena#Custom Arena
The Custom Arena, hosted by Red Arremer Man, is located in the basement across from the Boss Gallery. As the name suggests, it allows Mega Man to create his own arena challenge using any previously fought boss in the game, with the option to use any of them as a final opponent. The Custom Arena also features an array of built-in presets with bosses that don't appear in any of the primary arenas, including one which contains every single boss and miniboss in the entire game.
Ghosts of Yamato Arena[edit]
- Main article: The Arena#Ghosts of Yamato Arena
Hidden to the right of the basement is the Ghosts of Yamato Arena, an optional arena which has no rewards for completion. Hosted by Ghost Man, it is an almost exact port of the normal Arena from MaGMML2, containing that game's devkit bosses and featuring Gamma as the end boss.
