Usagi Woman is a Robot Master designed by Pachy. She is a ninja robot with a rabbit motif, and uses a large bamboo shoot in combat.

Usagi Woman was originally created as the boss of Just a Judge Level, Pachy's judge application stage for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3; the level itself is included in the game as a bonus level, with Usagi Woman reprising her role. She also appears as an NPC outside the level itself, within Tier 3's Bunny Shrine Dojo.

Battle

Usagi Woman’s attacks follow a simple pattern:

• She will grow a bamboo shoot from her back, briefly running in place before dashing into the wall in Mega Man's direction. The bamboo stick is too tall to jump over, but can be destroyed with weapons.
• Once she crashes against the wall, she jumps around the room between one to three times, tossing a three-way spread of carrots down at Mega Man with each jump.
• She will then repeat her bamboo shoot either from where she lands, or after throwing a smoke bomb to the center of the room and jumping there. The smoke bomb deals no damage, but the smoke clouds it creates obscures Usagi Woman and most of her bamboo.
