- "Junk, too much junk in fact. Please help us."
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Scrapyard is the second Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a large scrapyard filled with mountains of old machinery and scrap metal, used as one of the gauntlets in the Worldwide Sixth Sponsored Robot Tournament. In addition to the junk-filled exterior, there are a few structures dedicated to recycling much of the yard's scrap into usable materials. A long conveyor runs below the entire tier, and hidden switches open secret passageways to different parts of the tier.
This tier has the levels ranked from 165th to 154th. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 7 Energy Elements from the tier's simulations are required.

Secrets
Games Club
Over a wall near the entrance to the Tier Boss is a large games club filled with tabletop figurines, and a number of robots ready for a gaming session. By speaking to Capricorn (and paying a one-time fee of 50 bolts), Mega Man can join the session and access the bonus level Space Crusade, from the MaGMML3 Judge Application Levels.

Tako Trash
Hidden in a large room under the first building is Tako Trash, who can only be reached from below, near the fast travel conveyor. It will tell Mega Man one of several stories about the past and/or the world for 30 bolts each, or it can recite a story he has already told (free of charge).
Hidden Plushie
In the first building, the leftmost wall (directly next to The Haymay Trials can be scaled using various utilities like the Magnet Beam or Rush Jet. Walking left and crossing a large gap will take Mega Man to a BomBoy standing on an isolated nook. By speaking to it and saying nothing, the Bomboy will give him a plushie capsule.
Toad Dummy
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 2's Toad Dummy can be found directly next to the Junk Golem NPC. It is buried within the scrap making up the level's terrain and is recoloured to match, making it tricky to spot without copious weapon usage. The most effective weapons to use on it are Track Shoes, Thunder Beam, and Power Line.

- The magnetic crane in the background of the Tier's starting area is named Carcrane Johnny.
