Lunar Woman is a Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. She is a robot designed with massive potential, who was originally known as Worthless Man before modifying herself into her current identity. She has a separate personality known as Celestial Woman, who manifests in sunlight.

Lunar Woman appears as the boss of Worthless Man, but will only appear if the level's nighttime is in effect. After clearing the Wily Stadium, she can also appear as an NPC within the Limestone Pagoda.

Battle

Lunar Woman attacks using a set of five attacks, using each one in a random sequence before reshuffling them. Her possible attacks are:

• Firing three laser shots straight ahead at slightly varying heights.
• Flying to the top corners of the screen, shooting a three-way spread shot of lasers down at Mega Man.
• Shooting three volleys of three large projectiles that rise and fall in an arc.
• Charging towards Mega Man as a fireball.
• Flying up off the top of the screen, before slamming her sceptre down on the ground, sending two shockwaves out.

At 42 HP or less, Lunar Woman ceases her current attack to fly to the upper centre of the screen. She sends two light spheres out on either side, both of which fire a continuous stream of projectiles at five angles, creating a pattern with continuously shifting blind spots. She will only use this attack once, and is invincible for its duration.

Upon depleting her first healthbar, Lunar Woman starts flying across the top of the screen and firing a "fork" of five laser shots that travel downwards. She fires this up to ten times, before flying back down and using a new array of attacks, which include:

• Shooting a constant stream of projectiles that rain down on Mega Man from her sceptre. Lunar Woman always uses this in between her other three primary attacks.
• Flying to the top corners of the screen, shooting a three-way spread shot of lasers down at Mega Man.
• Charging towards Mega Man as a larger fireball. She can now sometimes perform this attack at a height that requires Mega Man to slide under it.
• Flying up off the top of the screen, before slamming her sceptre down on the ground, sending two shockwaves out.

Upon reaching 14 HP or less, Lunar Woman stops her current action to fly up to the top of the screen. There, she summons a sphere that shrinks and fires a giant laser down the centre of the screen, followed by two identical spheres on either side of her, then three that cover the centre, far left, and far right sides of the arena. Each laser is telegraphed by a brief flash indicating the beam's path. After using this attack, she returns to her usual pattern until she is defeated.

Instead of an Energy Element, Lunar Woman drops a large bolt when defeated.
