Celestial Woman is a Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, found at the end of Worthless Man (but only if daytime is in effect). She is a violent and unstable split personality of Lunar Woman, brought about after the latter installed high-efficiency solar panels within herself. Embodying the sun, this personality comes with significantly increased power compared to her original self.

Battle
With 140 HP, Celestial Woman's battle is significantly longer than a typical Robot Master battle, and is divided into five distinct phases, one for each healthbar. Each phase uses a randomised array of attacks, which is reshuffled upon using them all once. In addition, each phase has two unique attacks used at certain health thresholds; while using these attacks, Celestial Woman is completely invincible for their duration. At the end of each phase, she drops a large health energy pickup that does not despawn, and can be collected at Mega Man's leisure. The background animation changes at the start of each new phase.
Phase 1
Celestial Woman's first phase is identical to Lunar Woman's, with few if any differences. Her attacks in this phase are:
- Firing three laser shots straight ahead.
- Flying to the top corners of the screen, shooting a three-way spread shot of lasers down at Mega Man.
- Shooting three volleys of three large projectiles that rise and fall in an arc.
- Charging towards Mega Man as a fireball.
- Flying up off the top of the screen, before slamming her sceptre down on the ground, sending two shockwaves out.
At 126 HP or less, Celestial Woman ceases her current attack to fly to the upper centre of the screen. She sends two light spheres out on either side, both of which fire a continuous stream of projectiles at five angles, creating a pattern with continuously shifting blind spots. She will only use this attack once.
Phase 2
The second phase begins with Celestial Woman flying across the top of the screen and firing a "fork" of five laser shots that travel downwards. She fires this up to ten times, before beginning the phase in earnest. Throughout this phase, a harmless ray of light will appear at a random spot and create a harmful flame on the ground that lingers for a short time. Like the first phase, her attacks are mostly similar to Lunar Woman's, but with some more significant changes. The list includes:
- Shooting a constant stream of projectiles that rain down on Mega Man from her sceptre. Celestial Woman always uses this in between her other two primary attacks.
- Flying to the top corners of the screen, shooting a three-way spread shot of lasers down at Mega Man.
- Charging towards Mega Man as a larger fireball.
At 98 HP or less, Celestial Woman floats upwards, and fires an orb that splits into four projectiles which home in on Mega Man twice, similarly to the homing orbs of Mega Man 7's Wily Capsule. She will summon up to four orbs, will only perform the attack once, and disables the fire-spawning sunbeam while using it.
Phase 3
The transition to the third phase sees Celestial Woman shine like a miniature sun while floating at the top edge of the screen, sending laser projectiles spiraling outward in an anticlockwise spiral pattern. After approximately ten seconds, Celestial Woman will cease glowing, and her sceptre floats by itself. Her attacks in this phase consist merely of floating around the arena while firing a large laser beam at one of nine angles. The size and direction of the laser is briefly shown before it fires. The sceptre, meanwhile, acts as a turret that intermittently attacks in one of three ways:
- Firing two laser shots aimed at Mega Man.
- Spinning around firing lasers in an anticlockwise spiral.
- Moving left or right while shooting a wave of laser shots straight down, followed by an orb which splits into two shockwaves upon hitting the ground.
At 70 HP or less, Celestial Woman floats up to the nearest wall, emits a laser telegraph that covers all but the space directly above and below her, then spreads her legs to shoot a powerful flash of light that covers the area in flames. With limited room to dodge, Celestial Woman fires up to two diagonal lasers down at Mega Man, while her sceptre shoots smaller shots down from above. The flames will burn out just before she can fire her second laser, making it easier to dodge.
Phase 4
Celestial Woman's fourth phase begins with Celestial Woman's sceptre flying off the top of the screen. Sending orbs out across the top edge, she floats in the centre while the orbs travel left to right, raining laser shots downward in a synchronized pattern. Celestial Woman fires up to nine laser beams aimed directly at Mega Man, with each laser being fired faster than the last, before teleporting away just as her sceptre returns. From here, she teleports after each attack, with the sceptre once again acting as a support turret to each of her attacks. In this phase, she will:
- Summon rays of light in random locations, starting fires on the ground as with the light rays in the second phase of the fight.
- Repeat the screenwide leg flash attack used in the previous phase. However, it will not create a spread of fire on the ground, and Celestial Woman is not invincible.
- Fire a series of giant laser beams downwards in a 90° semicircle spread.
The sceptre, meanwhile, attacks with the same projectiles it used in the previous phase, albeit it can now use the homing orb attack used in Phase 2, as well as the trio of arcing orbs seen in Phase 1.
At 42 HP or less, Celestial Woman and her sceptre teleport away, while a group of harmful projectiles appear in the shape of a square, which slowly grows and rotates to become a giant cube of light. The edges of the cube will not damage Mega Man, but the makeshift vertices will still deal damage as the cube slowly spins around the room. The cube flashes at regular intervals, with the time between each flash gradually decreasing; after 12 flashes, the cube explodes, and Celestial Woman returns with her sceptre to resume the battle.
Phase 5
After being reduced to her final lifebar, Celestial Woman flies up to the top of the screen and becomes a miniature sun. Flanked by four orbs, an endless stream of laser shots rain downwards and diagonally downwards, trapping Mega Man in the centre directly below her. A short while later, a series of orbs teleport in from random spots in the room, and fly towards Mega Man's general area. The orbs are eventually joined by a circular spread of projectiles radiating from Celestial Woman, and then by a quartet of laser beams from each of the four ceiling orbs, which swing back and forth towards the centre, further limiting the space available to avoid the projectile flurry.
After an extended period, explosions rock Celestial Woman, knocking her into the left wall and causing her projectiles to vanish. Slumping down to the ground, she is unable to move and is completely vulnerable for the remainder of the fight. Her sceptre remains an active threat, and it will move around while firing smaller laser shots directly aimed at Mega Man. Celestial Woman herself can only attack with the occasional large laser beam fired in Mega Man's direction, but is otherwise burnt out.
When destroyed, Celestial Woman drops both a Trickster Token, and a giant rainbow coloured bolt worth 1,000 bolts.

Notes
- The significantly flashy nature of Celestial Woman's battle — which features copious amounts of flickering projectiles and large bright flashes — made her the primary reason Worthless Man was unranked, as neither ACESpark nor his proxy player Loyana were able to fight her without being affected by migraines. The epilepsy risk the battle posed for players was also a significant factor in the level getting a Skip Teleporter.
