The Sky Deck is the eleventh Tier in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It is the top deck of the SS Elroy, and home to the top 10 entries of the contest. Each simulation's entrance is decorated with statues of their respective box items, and the top five are positioned in ascending order to each other. Fortunately, the elevator used to access the tier can also reach the highest floor on the tier, providing quick access to first place.

Trivia

• The Octo Generator NPC is based on an AI that took the names of VLDC levels and created over 1000 new ones out of all their words; the Octo Generator does the same for MaG48HMML's 107 entries.
• Tier 11 has a rare case of an NPC that disappears based on game progress, rather than appearing (with the Giant Metall NPC vanishing after collecting more than one Element).
