Mega Arena	Clear the Wily stages and Normal Arena.	Replay all Entry bosses in a random order.
True Arena	Clear Null & Void and Mega Arena	Replay all Tier, Additional, Wily and Postgame bosses in a random order.

Cheat Mode	100% the game.	Play the game with bonus cheats.
Returning MaGMML1 Bosses	Clear the Wily stages.	Play against reimagined versions of the top 3 bosses from Make a Good Mega Man Level 1. These are found in Tier 10.

Drop Rate Upgrade	Makes enemies drop items more often (# in 600 chance reduced to # in 400).	450
Uncharged Shot Upgrade	Allows Mega Man to shoot unlimited uncharged buster shots onscreen at a time.	150
Skull Amulet	If Mega Man has at least two health points left and gets dealt a fatal blow, Mega Man will survive with one health left, allowing him to recover with an E-Tank, etc..	250
Met's Helmet	Drastically reduces knockback to around the levels of Rockman 4 Minus Infinity's.	600
Converter	Forces enemies to drop health pickups if you have full weapon energy and vice versa. If you have full of both, enemies will drop Bolts.	200
