The Flicker Enemy is a gimmick in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, found in Identity Crisis, the Wily stage Reality Core, the Tier X stage Deep Thoughts, and in Null and Void. It is a holographic projection of an enemy that comes to life when exposed to bright light.

Behavior

Flicker Enemies are initially harmless holograms that stand still, incapable of harming Mega Man. If he uses the Flash Stopper or Cyber Distorter, however, the holograms become solid entities that attack as they normally would, even when everything else in the area is frozen solid. Once either weapon's effects wear off, all active Flicker Enemies revert back to being intangible holograms, and have their patterns reset the next time they're activated.

Only three enemies appear as Flicker Enemies; Colton, Hammer Joe, and Walking Bomb. For details on each enemy's behaviour, see their respective pages.
