Boomerang Joe is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. It is a light blue Sniper Joe that fires boomerangs. It appears in the entry Neon Man, as well as Null and Void.

Behavior

By default, Boomerang Joes will stand still with their shields raised. They will periodically lower their shields and shoot two blue boomerangs at Mega Man, which return to them shortly after.
