Enemies modeled after the Sniper Joe enemy from Mega Man 1 (said enemy is also included in this category) and/or placed in the "Joes" category in the Megamix Engine. These enemies typically have a shield or some similar means of defense, only leaving themselves open when they begin attacking. Exceptions are typically Sniper Joe enemies piloting some type of vehicle.
Enemies in the "Joes" category have the following special damage values:
- 4 points of damage from Laser Trident.
- 1 point of damage from Magnetic Shockwave.
- 4 points of damage from Magic Card.
- 1 point of damage from Hornet Chaser.
- 4 points of damage from Slash Claw.
