"Morning Joe" is an enemy from Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha. It is a Sniper Joe-like robot that wields a flail.

Morning Joe is included in the Megamix Engine, and was available as a devkit enemy in all games created with it. The enemy made its MaGMML debut in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, in the stage Subterranean Stronghold. It went completely unused in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, but a single Morning Joe is present as a secret NPC on the SS Elroy.

In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Morning Joe was used in the entries The Cave Level That Exists, Damp Ruins, Disobedience of Superior Machines, Creatively Named Level, Escape From the Wily City, and Y.M.C.A.. It also appeared in the NEO Pit of Pits sublevels "Keep an Eye Out", "Megaman Crushes the Competition!", and "Revenge of (Annoyed Grunt)".

Behavior

Morning Joes will swing their flails in the air, occasionally swinging them forward a certain distance. While Morning Joes themselves cannot deflect projectiles, their flails can absorb them.
