Cloud Bomber is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level, appearing in the entry Mega Man World, as well as the Wily stages Flashback Database and (in the remake) Hall of Fame. It is an enemy based on the Lakitu enemy from the Super Mario Bros. series, sharing a similar design with it.

Behavior
Cloud Bombers fly above Mega Man and follow him around, occasionally dropping large spiky balls known as Punctoids down below. Although Punctoids explode upon impact, the explosion itself is totally harmless. Cloud Bombers have high levels of HP, which, combined with their tendency to stay out of range of most weapons, makes outrunning them a more viable option than trying to destroy them.
